Id be to embarrassed to make use of someone like Natalie Tissink. Jokes aside, Ive made use of two swim coaches in the past (Ones a nation championship swimmer that helped me in her spare time, and the other is a swim coach for a respected university). But although I think they helped me tremendously, I was at the same time, unable to do and grab all what they wanted me to do (Probably to fat, and old ). I think the appeal of Total Immersion is its style of swimming. Its very relaxed and almost effortless swimming. Just going through the motions, so to say. Which is quite appealing to us age groupers, that just need to "survive" the swim and move on to the bike. I see the next Cape Town dates is 26/27 July. Hope fully the wife agrees.
