  1. We need to put our cricketers in cotton wool. QdeK is now ruled out of the Test Slipped at home and sprained his knee. Looks like AB has to keep if England bat first as Vilas will still be on a plane.
  2. When it floods don't bother with a 4X4. Drive a Lamborghini instead. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3389221/Lamborghini-driver-takes-El-Nino-nearly-gets-totally-submerged-floodwater-San-Diego-road.html
  3. Just as well this isn't a timeless test. If it was they would still be batting next year. I see some youngster in India has just scored 1000 runs in a innings. I feel sorry for the bowlers. http://www.ibnlive.com/cricketnext/news/pranav-dhanawade-becomes-first-man-in-cricket-to-score-1000-runs-in-an-innings-1185554.html
  4. I remember as a kid growing up in the 60's. We just got a tub of bricks and built from there. No fancy cranes, bulldozers and cars.
  5. Oh dear. Another woeful team performance. I wonder if the selectors will be brave enough and have a complete clean out of the team. It can't get any worse. My selection for the next test (using the selectors quota system) 1. Elgar 2. Cook 3. Rossouw 4. De Villiers 5. Amla 6. De Kock 7. Bavuma 8. Abbott 9. Piedt 10 Rabada 11. Morkel
  6. This was a pretty short ODI Sri Lanka 117 (27.4 ov)New Zealand 118/0 (8.2 ov)

  8. I would like to show you what our GSD is doing in the garden, but I'll leave it up to your imagination. A few days ago my wife was wrapping up crayons and colouring books for a charity she is working with. Our young GSD though this looked like fun and munched 5 packets of crayons. Lets just say that the back garden is looking very colourful, and it's not from the flowers.

  14. Looks like we could be a bit thin in the bowling department for the next test Steyn and Morkel still recovering, now Philander is out for the rest of the tour http://www.espncricinfo.com/india-v-south-africa-2015-16/content/story/939965.html

  16. England looks set to lose the series 2-0 Pakistan 234 & 355England 306 & 105/6 (48.5 ov)
  17. 103/5 ... on the other hand if Elgar keeps on taking wickets then we won't need the extra batsman
  18. 102/4 can't help thinking we are a batsman short for this Test
  19. Maybe Vettel has some sort of veto when it comes to appointing a new (younger / faster) team mate.
