  1. There will always be a dominant team in F1. Two particular years that stand out are 1978 (Lotus 79) and 1988 (McLaren MP4/4). Other teams eventually caught up. These days with the lack of testing and engine freezes, it is virtually impossible to make any headway into Mercedes domination. Bernie and the FIA will have to do some serious thinking. If this is the so called pinnacle of motor sport then they can keep it.
  2. 6 yr old Sebastian Wheldon wins is first race. I wonder when he will get his first F1 seat
  3. So it's taken one month and 42 matches to get to where most of us thought we were going to be (unless you support England) I hope they try and speed up the qualifying matches for the next World Cup.
  4. Impressed by the Sauber's. Well done to McLaren for finishing the race.
  5. If Bottas can't race tomorrow do the give the car to Suzie? http://www.formula1.com/content/fom-website/en/latest/headlines/2015/williams-waiting-on-bottas-back-diagnosis.html
  6. I thought he was already faking an injury.
  7. They were at the back of the grid. How intellectual is this property?
  8. What's to stop Sauber just running him in the Friday morning session. Is his seat guaranteed to race the GP or just a nominated driver of the team.
  9. Assuming we get a result tomorrow
  10. Is it a Swedish court or Australian? http://www.grandprix247.com/2015/03/11/van-der-garde-wins-case-against-sauber/ Does he have to go through this for every gp?
  11. http://s.ndtvimg.com/images/content/2015/mar/806/mahmudullah.jpg
  12. I have not seen the incident, but he was not taking avoiding action (1) A batsman is not run out if he or his bat had been grounded behind the popping crease, but he subsequently leaves it to avoid injury, when the wicket is put down.
  13. Bangladesh 275/7 England 121/4 (26.4 ov) This match is getting very interesting indeed.
  14. This is something you don't see everyday. 5.1Johnson to Dilshan, FOUR, overpitched from Mitch as this one is driven through long off quite comfortably for a boundary 5.2Johnson to Dilshan, FOUR, and again, this time straighter from Dilshan, as he pays the price once more for delivering in the slot 5.3Johnson to Dilshan, FOUR, makes it three in a row as he raises the roof at the SCG with a heave to this fuller delivery on off, sending this high over deep midwicket before it landed at the rope after a couple of bounces 5.4Johnson to Dilshan, FOUR, Dilshan is taking on Mitchell at the SCG as he pulls this shortish length from the left-arm pacer over backward square to make it four in four. Really got that one out of the screws. 5.5Johnson to Dilshan, FOUR, Mitchell is being taken to the cleaners here as he smokes away this overpitched length outside off through the covers for a boundary. Has already taken 20 from the over, and there is still a delivery to go. Mitchell just turns back and heads to his bowling mark 5.6Johnson to Dilshan, FOUR, Dilshan makes it six in a row as he initially looked to play at this fuller delivery before noticing the change of pace to adjust his shot as he pushed at the length to get it away to the extra-cover boundary. The outfield makes sure this reaches the target in the end
  15. Maybe Nando thinks the car is so crap it's not even worth getting out of bed for.
  16. So after all that cost and testing they could have used last years cars
  17. Bad cricket at the end by NZ. 11 runs to win with 5 wickets in hand and loads of overs to go. Why the hell did Williamson take a single early on in the over and expose Milne and Southee to Starc.
  18. If you are going to get a driver to test and develop the car I would rather find someone like Luca Badoer or Pedro de la Rosa. Unfortunately the days of unlimited testing are over, so the teams have to try to bring in new potential talent. I have no idea how Carmen Jorda can add value to the team
  19. so which one is faster http://www3.pictures.zimbio.com/gi/Carmen+Jorda+GQ+Awards+2010+iVQaBPmWUeXl.jpg or http://thehshq.com/d/91791-1/susie-wolff-0004.jpg Sounds like a lot of the men out there aren't to happy about it.
  20. I need a sarcasm font
  21. I suggest AB gets a few overs in from our 5th bowler before the run chase starts
  22. West Indies require another 346 runs with 4 wickets and 32.5 overs remaining I just can't get the Monty Python tune "always look on the bright side of life" out of my head
  23. Poor Jason Went from 5-2-9-1 to 10-2-104-1 95
  24. I think 408 should be enough
  25. Just noticed we are playing with 4.5 bowlers today. I think we need all the runs we can get today.
