Both Bikes absolutely capable in going fast - one for the flats and one for the climbs yet you can take either and go fast on both disciplines. Love these bikes so much

Had a great race in A - weather was very testing after 5km in the Race when the heavens opened up. Very negative racing in A with nobody really wanting to force the issue, im thinking it was the rain and the heavy headwind at one stage or the thought of Hekpoort lol My race started at Hekpoort and thats where the explosions started lol - eina bliksem, just kept my head down and managed 2nd in AL, my best result ever and really super happy about that.

I was leading [2nd] place down that descent when I was swarmed and i heard and briefly saw Peter scraping into the pavement and then chaos, he came down extremely hard, was really horrible to hear and I just thought at that point that I really hope he is ok because we were doing around 62km/h. Speedy recovery Peter.

Next time I shall shelter myself and give myself a chance in the sprint lol - I enjoyed that race tho.

I had an incident free race in A but a lot of hard work and I paid for it dearly coming into the last 600m however it was awesome. Hope everyone involved in any crashes are all ok. Never nice to hear

These were horrible but well marked as well as the support people did warn us so no issues.

And yet overseas they replace the battery, if you do some goooooogling you can actually get the replacement battery and correct tool to disassemble it.

Yeah it was - fast bend that and gets tighter on the exit and your speed increases lol

54 Just too small for me, 56cm is already the limit - im at the end of a 56 start of a 58.

Im trying to find a 56cm CAAD 10-12 frame only but yoh its proving hard in SA UK Saffa you spoilt there
