    Thats actually a bloody good idea and you get two decent climbs and you close to your car should you be at near death on the bike lol

    i have done a 2h22 at SBR - full loop. i guess it all depends on the day.

    I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought the wind was absolute balls - it was a proper struggle - I even battled to stay in the bunches and spent 70% of the race alone :/

    Oh wow i fall victim to all of these things you mentioned however i dont use stay soft on any of my cycling items. So hand wash is the way forward. Thank you for that post.

    I use the cape storm shorts for my weekly riding and have saved the Specialized BIB for either very long rides or races - really love the specialized bib but yeah they not cheap tho. The cape storms have held up well and still going strong.

    I attempted this move on mine this weekend, was about a 15mm difference and so i went for a ride and felt my arms a bit "locked" out so once i got home i rotated the bars upwards and it has seemed to have gained me about 10mm so hopefully it doesnt lock out my elbows but defo an aggressive feel tho. I think after some winter training il go visit my setup guru and ask him to make sure all is on point.
