  7. yeah a budgie that wieghs in at 6'4" and 85kg.. i've just got a better pump in me than you
  8. that formula.. take it and throw it out the window.. its rubbish doesn’t work. I’m 31 years old.. max recorded heart rate achieved.. 231bpm...... and can sustain a heart rate of 200bpm for half an hour easy. everybody is different the fact that your buddies can get there’s as high means nothing. but if you want to train more effectively go get yourself tested. so you know where your zones are,
  9. I have such a air horn on my commuting bike....and love seen cars almost climb the opposite curb when I give them a toot.. need to get more for my other bikes... p.s dad loving those wheels.. now I' officially the green goblin
  10. now you'll notice that i have 2 handlebar tapes in the one pic. that's because i intended to do something like this diamond weave curtsey of fixedgeargallery
  11. so its been awhile since i last posted . so here's a update. no much changed.. i now have a built rear wheel..just need to get a tyre fitted. I'm stuck between choices. i have 3 front hubs i could use. all 3 are in need of bearings and the axle. the front one is a 36 hole Suzie hub large flange. followed by a small flange 32 hole Campie hub. and lastly a 28 hole large flange Campie hub... I'm leaning towards the latter option. oe of my biggest searches. the plunger bolt for my stem.. finally found one. and when one does not have the correct tools for the job... make one.. the second Bottom Bracket tool I've cut at work.
  12. good luck.. have a great day
  13. No track frames have horizontal drop outs. To allow for chain tension. Modern road bikes have vertical drop outs. And you cant use a chain tensioner for a track bike as you would a single speed bike.
  14. Same as my hub name. Tedibear. I'll need the bank details for the raffle.
  15. um sorry.. thats my screen shot of the search for F_R_A_I_L... with no results oh well. had the same like with your other name offered.

  19. "check this out! read these and order!" why?
  20. dude the hi end raleighs fine. but the range you asking is a little bitter than the dunlop but still in the cr@p side of things. best bet.. wanted add on here
  21. um.. i would stay clear of that bike.. its a cheap china import. steal frame, suspension not worth is, componets from the ark, all steel. having not looked at the bike let me assume the rims are the chromed type? rather save a bit and get a cheap ali framed bike.. something like a giant boulder. it will last, can take punishment and wont be needing a fix every other weekend. as to the 26 inch yes that refers to the wheel size.. thoses dunlops bike pretty much come in one frame size..
  22. hey.. looking nice.. you making a fixie or just a single speed? as to evolving.. thats the beauty of project they become so much more..
  23. sorry will blame typo on severe case of dyslexia
