I never get my HR above 180 on either of my bikes(MTB & Road), but I can hit a 220 when 50m laps in the pool... no problem...

Once maybe twice a week, from Annlin, Pretoria to Midrand. Round trip = 78km and if i go swimming on the way home = 92km Much quicker if i take the road bike, Much more fun if i take the MTB...

this seem to be the biggest issue with Polar... i dont have one, but every time i see this same issue appearing on the hub...

Im running on 500lm on the handel bar and another 300lm on the helmut all running on internal rechargable batries, no batry packs in sight, still get 3 odd hours on high beem and I saved hundreds of Rands!
