  1. Did you see a orange Tallboy?
  2. The track is maintained all year round.
  3. I can't either, same thing happened in the Epic. Is it down to bad marshalling or route markings. By the time my boss got back he was behind group B.
  4. I'm watching you like a hawk
  5. So well marked & marshelled that A batch were sent the wrong way?
  6. Yeah, I agree. Follow the herd, baaaaa baaaaaa baaaa.
  7. Wouldn't say better, just different.
  8. Just looking through the race results and it looks like a lot of guys did not even start the race
  9. I felt I was bulking up, which kind of defeated the object. Put to much muscle mass on, and then battled for ages to try loose it again Im still not where I was before the course.
  10. Yeah, stay away from creatine as a cyclist, been there done that and its not worth it.
  11. It wasn't in referance to how you spend your money at all, how you do that is your indaba. It was rather justifying the cost of the race. Im glad that you can afford to do what you're saying. Like I also said, if you have the money do it.
  12. I've just got myself a new set of riser bars, KCNC Scandium(710mm), my old bars were Race Face Evolve XC(660mm). My question is do I try them at the new width, or cut them to what they were on the old bars, ie: 660mm. I've been meaning to go and get a proper bike set-up done, so do I just leave them as is till I get the bike set-up done?
  13. That just reminded me of a funny experiance we had while away camping at Albert Falls dam when we were 16
  14. Bwah ha ha, maybe some training wheels for you
  15. But you always fall off your bike
  16. Exactly. All those stupid pros especially
  17. If anyone knows of suitable venues for the Durban course, please add some input.
  18. Thats a massive spanner in the works
  19. I can speak to my wife about possible venues for Durban(she being an events co-ordinator), will we need to bring our own bike stands? I see you also offer a basic toolkit, what tools will be needed for the day?
  20. From the riding you are doing the Trance is the better option for yourself.
  21. You're already included, lol - I answered Johans questions, check Johan post in my reply to him Any weekends you cant make?
  22. The fact you walk out with your own bike fully serviced, by yourself is even better.
  23. Different courses, different prices. The R2880 is for the Repair & maintanence course - Check out the yellow saddle webiste for further details, http://www.yellowsaddle.co.za/services_courses.html
  24. , Any more guys keen for the Durban course? We have 4 so far, 1 more needed. Do we need to have a place to have the course at Johan? Is that something the group of us must organise? Anything else besides the dates? So the four guys so far, any weekends that are no good at all?
