  2. Maybe it's the angle of the picture, but doesn't that bike look too small for him?
  3. I'm booked in for tomorrow with Nadia from Joburg Physio. Has anyone had any experience with her or this practice?
  4. I've got nothing to do over the next few days in Jozi, I'll pop in for a visit. I'm sure I can be a nuisance for a while
  5. I see that they use a tube inside, it's effectively running a tube inside the actual tubeless tyre. I would love to know what the high pressure tubes would be made from. Would this application be better suited for a particular type of riding, ie enduro or DH?
  6. If you build it, they will come Surely it can't be more pt then managing a full 30, 50, 75km marathon race?
  7. Would love to know what the cross section looks like through those rims & tyres.

  13. Already found it on Gumtree, that number comes up listed to a garden services in New Germany though. I don't know any people by that name either. You can PM me further details and I can ask some old mates that fish to check it out for you. Is this urgent?
  14. I'm originally from Westville, so may be able to help, I might even know the person selling the boat. PM me a link to the ad.
  15. In that R12k budget, have you allowed for kit, accessories & spares? Welcome to the hub
  16. I think this injury has occurred from not bending my elbows enough on the descents to take some of the shock while on the MTB. I've been riding a few unfamiliar trails recently and literally hanging on for dear life in certain situations. Not sure why else it could have suddenly flared up like this.
  17. Are they allowed to make any type of diagnosis, or do you see Physio first and then get referred? Edit - Thanks very much for the help & info, much appreciated?
  18. I have recently developed an injury that I can only put down to MTBing, both the muscles/ tendons in my forearms are giving me problems near to my elbow. The injury is more painful in the right forearm, but in the same spot on the left forearm. I get a burning sensation in my right forearm, and it's even painful just lifting a coffee mug. This is really starting to get me down The injury has kept me off the bike for almost three weeks now, and does not appear to be getting much better. I was advised rest/ ice via a telephone call to the physio that did my bike set-up recently. The problem does not seem to be getting any better though, even after 3 weeks , so I would like to go see someone, problem is who? How do I now if I need to see either a Physio or Biokineticist? Which of the two is a better to see? Could anyone recommend a person to see on the West Coast(Milnerton/ Woodbridge area) or possibly in Jozi(Northcliff area) Many Thanks.
  19. Did you ask how it came to be in an abandoned house?
