Colin, I used it for the Bakwena, on the turn around, into the wind. I was not disapointed... But I believe in "Pepto Pro" as I always mixed it in with my endurance bottle. I did not this time as I wanted to test the Gel. Do I carry on mixing PTP into my bottle and still use the Gel, or will it be to much????????
