If I had to do this I will have to stop @ the spar. What do you get @ Steers? Maybe i've been going wrong with the eating.

I've bee on the saddle for about 7 months now. During the week I do a 1 Hour ride 4 times a week. on weekends I do a 2-3 hour ride. How long before cycling does one eat and how much??? what would be a good breakfast for a saturday/sunday morning and what would be a good snack before the afternoon ride? any help

Cant believe this but I guess its how they grow up. I always fixed my own flats on my BMX so I know how to fix a flat, But my younger brother does not even know how to put a pliers in a saddle bag. Friday my brother stuck 2 holes in my spare tube in my saddle bag. I had to use one that afternoon cause the sidewall on my non-UST tire broke. I installed the tube and it inflated but had a slow punture. so I fixed it yesterday. I must buy 1 new tire on pay-day.

Went up to Idas Valley Dam on National Braai Day. Took the whole family with! Was a fun morning out on Ou helshoogte Pass. Saw allot of Roadies as we went up towards the Jeep tracks..

Its already installed and pumped up. Cant wait for 2 o clock to come......

Well I had a hard week and as the saying goes " if you cant beat them join them". Only reason y my mood changed is because my bike is in good cycling condition... Got my shock back a couple of minutes ago....

I'm definitely taking me and the wife out to Jonkies this weekend. Will be cycling to Idas Valley dam tommorow. So what are you other hubbers doing!

If you guys ain't got something good to say but to say about the brakes don't say it.

My One brake hose broke recently, now I have a blue Juicy brake leaver and a white brake leaver on my handle bar. To me it looks really odd but the brakes works at least. My Tech guy is struggling to fix the hose but i guess he will do it sooner or later. So what to do? must i just buy Braided hoses and have it bled one and for all! Any thoughts?????

Its not a bust as yet. The one shop wants to send it in for repair. I will take it apart tonight. I have found a seal kit for the shock. will check it out tonight.

Is there anybody that does custom spray-jobs on bike in cape town?????????????? Would use cycle art but they are to far. Anybody that can recommend some one.

Can one replace a float shock with a swinger rear shock? Is this possible and can it be done to a Anthem????

I will see tomorrow what my Tech guy says and what my LBS is gonna charge for the job/service. Johan sent me a price for the seal kit and it is a real good price. Will speak to him tomorrow. At least this morning my faithful hard-tail stood by me through all this crap.

no warranty cause i bought the frame secondhand.

Went for a ride yesterday and my Float shock got stuck. Now i really need to take the shock to my LBS on monday. What to do what to do?????????

Saw a video on you tube on how to service a rp23 Float shock. The rep said that fox has a universal seal kit that works on all their shocks. Any one that can supply me with the kit.

Wonder if this is an easier ride then the new helshoogte road cycle? That is one long and steep hill.
