Where are these tracks @ as i go down to Mosselbay alot and want to go and ride in that area. Please let know. I'll be there for the december holidays. I dont just want to go to the beach..... I see enough beach in Somerset/Strand area. Please let know. I like XC.

What is your skill level? and what trails the ones @ Stellenbosch mountain or Jonkerhoek? I'll join if you guys are not that fast up the hills.

My wife was not to keen @ first. After the first ride she was hooked. she now understands why i'm so relaxed after cycling. Its a nice stress reliever.

Had it sprayed by a friend.Original color was orange. Looks nice but some decals i must still put on the bike.

Just one thing i seen. Service is good but sometimes they dont get back your emails when you have inquiries about items on the website. I've had great service buying stuff online.. Can not dispute that really. They do have great service.....!

Got a Swhinn Mesa LT for the wife. Definitely going to look better than the Black and Yellow Silverback Sierra I got her 2 months back. Gonna transfer all the parts this week!

What would be better? to spray a bike with paint or Powder coating it? I had my last frame spray painted @ a spray painter i know and it did not look to bad but i'm not happy with it. I'm getting a 2008 Anthem frame and want to redo it in that new light blue color the Anthem X2 comes out in. like the one in the PIC Any one know who would be able to this for me here in Cape town?

This was not just gravel it was a mountain Jeep track. Me and my brother were laughing our selves to death. The dude was not local or a South African.I was going up the mountain slowly. He was mumbling in Italian or some other foreign language. LOL

Last night i saw a guy on a Roadbike on Stellenbosch mountain.I said hi and the guy greeted me but mumbled something as he went down the hill next to the dam. His wheels also did not look straight anymore.... It was not even a Cyclocross bike. He looked really uncomfortable going down. Any one else seen this happen before?

Y not try it. It does work on tyres and could not be that different. Nitogen is lighter that CO2. I know TSW tyre shops sell inflates their tyres with Nitrogen

Anybody know where I can buy a chest strap and heart rate censor for a Sigma ROX 9.0 cycling computer. I bought a bike during this week @ a Cash Crusaders shop but they did not give me the chest strap/heart rate sensor. The Cadence sensor and speed sensor is on the bike but the magnet for the cadence sensor is missing.(will any magnet work?) Seems they changed the crank on the bike. Will post some pics of the bike as soon as its back from my bike tech. Any help would be appreciated.

Bought TREAD magazine yesterday and read through it and looks OK. they had some good articles about MTB Stuff. It really had some reviews and some nice PICS.... Maybe it would be worth the read!

This would be so important for all items like frames etc... Serials should be available if asked for! There are lots of thieves and crooks out there.

Cousin of mine bought a bike in the cape ads and it got stolen. He needs to get a quote for insurance purposes for the bike. He's called CWC and they could not help him. Anyone know who can help???? It looked like a nice entry-level MTB.(I saw on google there is a ravo.co.cz site but it does not have a English link. Had Disk brake mounts and all. Any help would be appreciated

Fell for the first time tonight and not even while riding hard. Bike came to a stand still and i forgot I had to loosen the cleat from the pedal. LOL The Guy @ my LBS told me it was gonna happen sometime. Has this happened to anyone else????

The gold grease is called Copper compound or Copper-slip as its known to people in the car industry! and that should work for the corrosion.

Where did you buy the Polar @ that price????? I want one!!! I think i'll be able to afford it in about 2-3 weeks time. I think i've spent to much money on my bike for this month.
