  1. Fondriest TF Zero is also still made in Italy. The rest of there range is made in Taiwan but shipped back to Italy for inspection and paint, assembly. Checkout www.fondriestbici.com
  2. Talking about Italian thoroughbreds have you heard of Sarto (www. sartoantonio.it ) pm ' ti guy' here on the hub, he imports them. He posted this beauty in 'Black bikes' thread awhile back. He is in Stellies afaik. https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/102345-black-bikes-only-thread/page__st__1184. Worth a look. He takes a while to pm back.
  3. I'm surprised no one has mentioned this baby yet... Lifetime warranty on frame for first owner. http://i1166.photobucket.com/albums/q605/shaheedosman/d6765fdad17dd1cbe84e882596cbcfcb.jpg
  4. Was looking at Maestro's in UK and a C59 frameset is R32500 ( todays exchange rate) plus R5200 (16% vat and duties) but that is still excluding shipping. I cant find shipping quotes on site. I have had a look lately at Campy prices and CWC are cheaper than CRC. If you are going to import a frame best you buy parts locally. Importing though has it's disadvantage with warranty claims.
  5. Very nice. Take it for a spin and report back, just loose the scrotum.
  6. Pm 'desmondalie' at Complete Cyclist if you looking for one.
  7. I think they have a black one in shop last I was in there.

  11. I almost forgot. Another 800g frameset and a good buy. Fondriest TF Zero http://i1166.photobucket.com/albums/q605/shaheedosman/cc0c720d79c7e3813c66ddf245c089e5.jpg CWC again

  14. How did I know you gonna say that. Seriously though it is an awesome machine.
  15. Have a look at some machines in the 'Black bikes' and 'official weight weenies' thread for ideas. You forgot to mention the Cannondale Evo. From your list above the Pina is way overpriced, so is the Cervelo. If you like the C59 go for the standard version instead of the disc ( levers look awkward) read the reviews online. The purists will ridicule you for putting Shimano on a Italian beauty but it's becoming more acceptable. Ride what you like, the new DA 11spd is getting good reviews. I am biased though as I have a secret passion to own a C59 with Super Record. As for the EVO, what can I say it is awesome, light, clean lines, stiff but comfortable. Have a look at Canyon as well, they sell directly to customer. You can get a top of the line 800g, Ultimate SLX for R26000 including taxes and import. Biild it up the way you like. There was a thread about Canyon's in Chit Chat.
  16. I think they the same guys that tried there luck on here. Couple of hubbers called there bluff and hassled them by calling them a few times.
  17. I may be wrong but with ladies if you drop your body fat percentage way too low you could have problems like amenorrhea (absence of menstrual cycle).
  18. I dunno hey. Have'nt checked that in about 3yrs. Im at 73 kg currently and 1.85m. I could probably lose a bit around the waist.
  19. Tx CoS. So according calculations with my real figures I am 2.2 . I cant get taller so I have to drop down to 66kg. That seems a bit drastic at 1.85m.
  20. Eg (75kg x 2.2) = 165 / 1.85 m = 89.18 * 39.37 = 3511.37. Is this the right answer?
  21. I dont understand the last part of formula. Weight(kg) multiplied by 2.2 divided by height(m) and * 39.37
