OP made a correction in Classifieds. Its a 57cm frame. TT is 55cm and head tube is 16.5cm.

Why did you change the cranks, out of interest? Changes could be minimal in terms of leverage in relation to power transfer to pedals. Your leg length is more relevant than your height when it comes to your crank length. My ideal crank length should be 175 but 172.5 is more than adequate after doing an Ergofit setup. It might influence your seat setback though. Best is too get an Ergofit or BG ft one to make sure.

He had fun until we turned off to Melkbos. I tried having him slipstream but didn't help much. The lucky draw was good seeing grown men run after bottles and energy bars thrown in the air. Big up to the sponsors.

The racing bunch must've been klapping it going out on the R27 with the tailwind. Was there a big crash? Saw a guy coming in with a ripped jersey, shorts and lotsa road rash.

Two guys got into it and the one used his helmet to hit the other guy. Another tried to stop it and he also got a helmet to the head. The oke literally broke his helmet in pieces on the other okes. Dont know what started it though.

Great event. Try telling a 11 yr old its not a race on the 19km. The wind on back straight slowed him down though. Couple a guys ended the event with a fight. Helmets are meant to protect your head not beat a guy against the head with it.

Seems this EPOBOOST has been discussed to death on the other forums like roadbikereview.net and bikeforum.com. I mean to death as it started and ended and the general conscensus was not good about its claims. Atleast with the amount of echinaea you are ingesting you wont get the flu.
