  5. Just had a look, freaking cool website. Is that a mtb profile of Vissershok?
  6. Here Morph, there are few segments for that climb but its well over 11% gradient. http://www.strava.com/segments/explore#location/Price%20drive,%20Constantia,%20Cape%20Town,%20WC,%20South%20Africa/type/cycling/min/0/max/5/surface/undefined/center/-34.027921,18.418404/zoom/15/map_type/terrain

  13. I have some notes on popular climbs, gradients, distances and categories.
  14. Machine polishing would probably not get it out completely but it would retain originality. Anodising would spoil the authentacity. What about plating with bronze or copper? There's always gold plating, uh hum, cough, cough.

    The Classics

Its more exciting on RAI with Italian commentary. If you know most of the riders you catch on pretty quickly whats happening.
  16. IMO, if you gonna keep the bike for yeara go 10spd as you will find 2nd hand replacements much easier especially shifters and deraileurs. If its something you are trying out and might switch to mtb go for 9spd as it will be cheaper because its older. Main thing is to get a decent frame and wheels no matter what you choose. 10 speed is a better choice if I really had to choose.
  17. I think you got the wrong thread. There is a thread about frames and one for wheels.

  19. Freaking amazing job!!! Awesome skillz Bogus!!! Congratz Wayne!!!
  20. The bug-eye had the best motor too. It was a 2 litre with a stronger block than the newer 2.5 motors. In Japan the STi's are still sold with a JDM specced 2.0 block. It revs higher than 2.5 and still makes same power. Hasd to be fitted with the rally spec lights though for more sexy.
