I have already had a number of discussions with Admin about this - that's the next project for 2016. For now, what you see for 2015 is what we have achieved so far in getting this competition up there with the major online fantasy sites. edit: the online submission of teams was priority number 1 for me, and Admin & Nick duly delivered. Without that system, I think I'd still be punching in team picks.

That's the freaking page giving me the problem with the SUMIF function.

For now, if the dropdown works then I'm happy. I have a few problems with the SUMIF function adding up specific rider's scores for the stage. Don't worry about the total score for now, that's easy compared to the challenge of getting a lookup file online.

First spreadsheet? That must be the table with everyone's picks (export from the Hub online entry form).

You have got the points for Kwaitkowski - on my REAL files. I need to see why the SUMIF function returns 47.93 points. I'm trying to find the best way for everyone to find their own scores without having to ask me. In the past is was easy with <100 people and a basic scoring system. I could print out the scoresheet on 4-5 pages (PDF). For 2015 the points table is ranged from A1:ACA618 (that's 466,590 cells of data), or 264 x A3 pages. Crazy! My current problem, in order to keep the file size as low as possible, is that I have LOTS of excel files linking with each other. On Google Drive it doesn't work, or perhaps I'm doing something wrong. If the lookup function works, then I have achieved what I wanted to. The scores from each stage will be pasted as values - I'll get that right. If anyone has a better solution - I'm all ears.

You need to select your TEAM NAME, and not your HUBBER name.

If a rider wins more than one jersey, the less important jersey is worn by the next rider on the standing (this rider does not qualify to score points). Breakaway 20 points per rider in the break. 100 points for every rider in the break that finishes ahead of the peloton. Daily Prize The hubbers that correct predict the GREEN jersey wearer, will be inline to win the daily prize.

We've had 31, 27 and 25 club members ride our 3 club champs events, so far - all starting at 07:00. Some leave from home to get to the start point before sunrise. Seems the friendly competition has worked well to keep them on the bike through winter.

A lot of prople have picked the first 4... the other 5 are the ones that would've made a difference to the scoring.

We had our club champs - Crit race (20 mins + lap). Hurtbox of note on a 2.5km circuit. One of my favourite events on our club calender.

Before I start... today was awesome racing (and it certainly has made an impact on the scoring). Right, back to the comment earlier about the formula used to calculate the scoring for the YELLOW and WHITE overall points. The original formula works fine and I shouldn't doubt myself. Thanks to the few guys that queried it, and insisted the rules are published and shouldn't be changed. I was wrong, but concerned there was a major flaw. Turned out to be a problem with the ITT times between 1st and last. The scores for yesterday will be revised to the original formula to calculate the GC and WHITE scores - BUT... the negative values will be zero'd. I'm busy updating the scores for today, and will share shortly. Because a prize is on offer for the most points scored, I need to make sure everything is 100% correct before I make an a$$ of myself again.
