Luckily that is already sorted, was there on Friday and the right inserts are with the hubs just waiting for the rims!

Nope looking for the actual axle 142/12 and then the insert that goes into the right hand side hanger into which the axle screws. The Scott 12mm axle fits but then still left with the issue of the insert. Also Scott has no stock of this till next year!! I am feeling the itch man!!!! I NEED to go ride!!

Thanks man, but at the moment I feel like I want to sell all the parts and f... the frame up and send it back in a smallish box to the supplier.

Unfortunately no axle included and neither was the insert that goes into the hanger where the axle screws into. So now I cant do ****!! If anyone can help with a X142/12 axle and such an insert please contact me. To rub further salt in the already raw wounds I bought wheels from Buycycle which were in stock at that time otherwise I would not / should not have been able to buy them. Still waiting there as well. So seems like I should have taken the 30k odd and bought a bike.

He said that they were OEM which meant that they are make by a sub contractor.....

You can go with anyone really, Cyclesure has only given me great service as well. Also just check, normally home insurance only allows for bike insurance to a total of R20k. So depending on your home insurance and /or value of your bike just keep that in mind. Cyclesure covered my broken saddle and riding glasses when I took a tumble in a race a year back. No mess no fuss. Outsurance are foooookin expensive!!

A little more feedback on Ican: They sent me all the schematics as well as the EU test reports etc. so were very forthcoming with all the info I wanted before parting with the cash. The parcel was sent with EMS and arrived at my office yesterday afternoon 11 days from sending. So all and all very good service. The frame quality looks very good and the finishing on this is stunning. I won't comment any further until I have ridden her but it looks like this will be a great bike once finished. This frame is very new to their line-up and therefore the rpices were very good as well. I had to wait for a few weeks because I wanted 3k finish and at that stage they only had UD in stock.

I will post as soon as I'm done. But comms were excellent and got my frame delivered to my door within 11 days! Price was also velly good!! First want to take it for a ride or two before I comment and everyone goes and buys. But so far very happy looks like good quality and service so far was great.
