  10. I enjoyed this race, although we were about 20min slower than last year but the proper racing started for us elites in the last 40km, experiencing a huge gutter on the R44 all over in the right yellow lane towards oncoming traffic, some riders being blown off the road (eg. Chris Jooste jnr) the racing was hard! Absolutely no wheels to latch onto, the main bunching catching up again as we were struggling in the wind, a kick past klupments up the climb dropping them again...unfortuantely another crash at the cones before turning left into Hels Hoogte road for Matthew Merrington...overall I am very happy, 26th overall (tied with 2 others)... I never experienced the wind this bad on the R44 though, it felt like I was leaning in a corner the whole time.

  13. Are you guys talking about Stefan Lombard who sold ritchey bars?
  14. We also rode, we got a top20 position, the slow groups is in your way...we had loads of cases where they take over the whole lane and the only way to past is over the white line...even if you say 'keep left' you get a 'wait your turn...etc' I see it this way, was there any accidents due to this? No....it was clean overtaking and then the race carried on
  15. I say, give everyone a warning, if it happens next year your dq'd....
