  1. Anyone with experience syncing Coros workouts to vitality? I am syncing my Coros workouts to Apple health currently but this doesn't seem to sync with vitality
  2. I use this clicks recovery drink, at R2.60 per serving its the cheapest I've found, the flavour is not bad either.
  3. Ordered some sram shifters from Bike Inn, all in all took just under a month from order to delivery. I was notified that one of the shifters was out of stock only after placing the order, which caused a big delay. I wasn't in a huge rush to receive the order so not really an issue for me. Went with UPS for delivery, I had to contact them to initiate customs clearance after the parcel sat in their warehouse for 3 days. They charge an admin fee and a disbursement fee along with the customs fee
  4. Had the same issue after a ride on Saturday via bluetooth connection, did not try USB. After deleting and re-installing the connect app and re-pairing my Edge 130 Plus the sync worked as expected
  5. Can't comment on knee replacement, but I had major ligament reconstruction and was back on the bike (trainer) around 8 weeks post-op, everyone is different and recovery times vary, listen to your doctor and physio and more importantly, your body. I had a complicated recovery and getting on the bike ended up being the best thing for me. One thing I would always stress is the importance of prehab if you are able to, having your body and muscles 'ready' for the rehab process does wonders.
  6. Currently R195 - here Haven't installed it yet, but it looks and feels good
  7. Ordered some small things from Temu and I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality. Took around 9 days to get here and only had to pay 15% VAT
  8. As a Newcastle supporter I unfortunately have very little faith this man can save anything.
  9. Perfect, thanks guys! Very excited to do some riding when I'm down
  10. Hey guys, I will be down in East London for a few weeks, I'd like to know if there are any decent gravel routes around? I'll be staying near Glen Gariff most of the time but obviously happy to travel for a nice route.
