I like last year's 99'er finishers medal. It is a keyring 'pendant' and is in the shape of the Chevrolet emblem. I have used it on my house keys - love it.

Wannabe, one of our group jumped a red light this morning........ he knows who he is.......told him I am never riding with him again (but what are the chances) Now that I think of it, two did, that I saw. Saw loads of noobs and "pro's" alike skipping red lights. Problem is that most of them will never read this thread nor think of their actions' consequences.

Edge 800 surely? You set a ave speed on the one training page (the one shown). It'll then compare your current stats to what you want the average to be. Alternatively, if you have done the route before - you can load it and, as far as I understand, use the stats recorded then as a comparison to your current ride. I have not used this feature yet so don't really know. Only used the first option I said (but not used it as my goal speed if that makes sense).

Now that was good - love the music too - minimalistic but love the stats bit the most.

Have you forgotten the first free coffee and muffins we went there for? hmmmmm....... we even went back over Constantia Neck to Hout Bay for the coffee and muffins, and then had to go back over to get back to the bakkie. Sheesh! Well, I have had no issues with Desmond at all. Bought a SRAM Force groupo from him. Suppliers didn't have stock of the standard GXP BB, so I got a ceramic one at cost. I even got it hand delivered to Swellendam after the DC. #1. I think you are a double agent. #2. Why are you making your insurance problems theirs. Be glad they allowed you to keep the bike there and not tell you to take the bike home as it become a liability to them (which has been seen).

LOL! Dude, I seriously want a podium this summer! Got robbed (and was stupid) this last weekend. Doing league (read Elites) next spring and I know it's moer of a tough there so no chance of a podium early on. Maybe here is my chance

@Hearts - I started in E last year. LOL - I went up there at about 18Km/h last year - started at 2:27:30 (91.09Km) and crested at 2:34:00 (93.08Km) = 18.5Km/h ave.
