  3. Fantastic! I hope their systems can handle to load of entry attempts!!
  4. This is so typical of SA sport. Its not "what you know" buy "who you know". Been there, done that.....

  10. Thanks - I may just take you up on your offer. Not so sure about my current BG Fit
  11. If I can ask you the same question. I see you quite young, so where did you receive your training and experience which could possibly make your system the "best". Did you perhaps work with Mark Williams? Keith
  12. I registered and answered the question on day1, but dont seem to be able to get to the daily questions. Keeps saying thanks for entering and come back tomorrow! What am I doing wrong? thanks
  13. I am sure this topic has been thrashed around many times, but if anyone has had a "Bike Fit" carried out recently, please advise what system & fitter you would recommend for both Road & MTB in the Jhb region At the same time, advise of any bad experiences you have had. (You may want to PM me on this) Many thanks Cheers all

  15. "A tragic car accident on Friday evening, near Harrismith, has claimed the lives of two of our Trail riders Robbie Bessell and Warren Mann. Our deepest sympathies and condolences go out to their families and friends, from all of us at sani2c - management and riders alike. The loss of a loved one can never be replaced. I can only say I am grateful that we partnered with Nedgroup Life through their 360life policy to cover the riders for the two months around the sani2c event, so that in some small way the untimely and unexpected tragedy can be eased. - Farmer Glen" Rest in Peace our friends. Such a tragic end to your lives. You will be missed by all. Keith
  16. My apologies if this question has been asked before, but how tight should a pair of compression long tights be? How would I know if they are too tight, or not tight enough to have the desired effect? Thanks.
  17. Thanks fro the feedback. I manage the Green easily, but not all of the Blue route. Lacking the skills!! Thanks again
  18. Thanks - manage Green and most of the Blue route at Rietvlei.Just some of the Blue just not possible as yet!
  19. Hi all. How technical is the Sani2C? How does it compare to Rietvlei up in Jhb ?
  20. RIP fellow cyclist. Condolences to the family.
  21. I prefer the Compact, but I am fairly new to cycling, so compact easier for me. I recently bought a bike from one of my training partners, and changed the crank from Standard to Compact, so have a Standard Campag Chorus available if you interested. Good luck Cheers
  22. Still hoping they have not finished with selection for entrance to the Trail and that I get the email!!!
  23. Not sure if I missed the post, but what about a 29er MTB with 2.1" tyres run at 2bar. Most accurate still to roll it out?
