My apologies if this question has been asked before, but how tight should a pair of compression long tights be? How would I know if they are too tight, or not tight enough to have the desired effect? Thanks.

I prefer the Compact, but I am fairly new to cycling, so compact easier for me. I recently bought a bike from one of my training partners, and changed the crank from Standard to Compact, so have a Standard Campag Chorus available if you interested. Good luck Cheers
