250ml milk , 125ml vanila yoghurt (about 3 tablespoons) , 1big tablespoon peanut butter, 1 banana, half a cup of ICE..... BLEND....... drink and enjoy I ad 3scoops of vanila protein powder as well. (30g protein)

I ended up getting the Saguara 2.2 front and AKA 2.2 back and took it for my first "test drive" yesterday at Jonkershoek and all I can say is Handled everything superbly!! Very happy with my decision
