Unfortunately, yes! Had my Ghost for roughly 7 months when they gave up... Took the bike in, they called it 'Wear and Tear' - was told I ride my bike too hard First session cost me R900, replaced all bearing and bushes (apparently)!!! One race later, it gave up again and I had to pull out of the race... Took it straight back to them, apparently they hadn't replaced the main bush in the rear suspension Second trip cost me R300! I really hope it lasts a tad longer than 7 months this time...

So since it's so close... and we'll be done LOOOONNNG before y'all... how about we try redeem our street cred by waiting at the finish with some cold ones??

Hahaha! I tried those loo's before the start and they were super clean, but had no water at the time. Perhaps they sorted that out...

Must say, the ladies were no better. No water, so it began to pile up Unfortunately for us, it's not as easy as finding a bush and pointing!

Went to Sabie for the weekend... short rides, but climbing like MAD!!!

Stopped in on route to Sabie just now... Updates from Iron and Karma were positive, both looked good to go for another 8 days good luck to all for tomorrow!!

There is a new section just up from the Hippo dam, as well as some new singletrack and a 'rock garden' along the very bottom track.

If only!! The trusty pink Ghost should do me fine...
