Got my race number : A 3019 at 7:45am There is not a lot of riders . . . looking at the one box with a few entries in it . . .

FYI : Entries rolling in for Go West Cycle Tour 16 September 2013 – The inaugural GO WEST CYCLE TOUR is less than two weeks away and the event, which boasts full road closure for the 105km route, caters for all levels of cyclists wanting to get in some necessary legwork before some upcoming road race classics. Had a great day out . . . Wind ? What wind ? (The corporate guys dealt with that !)

That was fun ??? I stayed/started in my "great seeding" of EL. On the top of the first real (only) hill the first 10 or 12 riders got away and I could not stick with them. So I there and then decided to wait for the next group and stay with them as far as possible to shelter from the wind. My luck , the front end of the Corporate Group ( DL ) was just behind me with 7 riders. Grabbed a wheel and stayed there , worked against the wind a bit , especially the last stretch . . . Everything felt uphill from 70 km back Managed a 3:28 and a 7th in group . . . happy with the day out . . and fund to start Later than normal !

The R350 lic is a racing license and the R75 is a recreational license If you plan on and ready for racing , get racing lic you can also work your self up to a good start time in the open seeded groups with a R75 bucks lic

the front of E should probably come close to a 3 - 3:10 ,There will be wind . . . I belief this is a tough race . . . in EL , I'll be happy with a 3h15 . . . any takers ?
