Yes can be done. Don't use the spray cans that hardware and paint shops sell. Do it with 2K and make sure you prep the frame properly before you spray.

You will have exactly the same problem with road bikes. when fitting two bikes the front quick release rub against the rear derailleurs on both sides. I only saw this when I removed the bikes from the rack. Talking to Thule (Woodmead branch) did not resolve the problem either - their comment was buy the 3 bike rack and two bikes will not touch each other.

Have exactly the same problem. What helped was the following - Too much weight on your hands - move your saddle slightly back and make sure its level or slightly nose up so that you sit in the saddle and don't slide forward - Check your saddle height - Thicker grips ESI works OK

I agree on what he said about Eastons. And when those spokes need to be replaced try and find some straight pull spokes. Not even the Easton agent could help me

Entered this for the 1st time and also entered the Trans Draak 1/2 as a prep race in Feb. So now the training must start. Looking at those climbs I better shed more than a few kilo's as well. Anyone with a good diet plan while traing.

My Garmin packed up during the race - showed time correctly but only 69.5 km- so I had to do a full system reset and lost the file. Anybody that can assist me with the route file available to download onto Taxc for indoor training purposes will be appreciated.

EMS is great until the item arrives in South Africa then the SA Post Office take over and it becomes messy.
