  1. There are some awesome video clips on Youtube that shows you exactly how to go through the bleeding process. The sooner you learn how to do these things yourself the better.
  2. No I did not - As I was thinking it was my own stupidity - until I saw this thread. I will inform them this coming Sunday
  3. On Sunday we were at Northern farms. After our ride we loaded the bikes on Thule carrier and went to buy colddrinks. We returned within 5 to 10 minutes. As we drove out the bike at the rear fell off the thule and only hanged on the one wheel strap. The 1st time ever in 5 years that that happen. When I saw this thread I now have no doubt that someone was tampering, trying to offload our bikes but had not enough time to finish. I am sure there is more than one person involved. One to take the bike and one to follow you to be able to warn his buddy if you return.
  4. You can't go wrong with one of these. I still ride my CAAD 7 - a great ride

  6. Thule - expensive bur excellent
  7. This is sad but you cannot blame the event for this - especially as he parked at shopping centre and not at designated parking areas. Security at designated parking was excellent. Maybe change the heading without the 94.7 connection

  9. You are wrong on this one. You also need to sign at the Argus

  13. With reference to my earlier post that I've just deleted I want to apologise to CWC. I just received a call from Chris Jnr and the item at the higher price was in fact a different crank length to the one I was looking for. Again my apologies and well done to CWC on their quick response to sort this out.
  14. and then wear it while cycling on your road bicycle.
  15. Oom Big H - vir die eerste keer moet ek 100% met jou saamstem
  16. I can support the above. Excellent and great value for money. I have the 38mm and no problem with cross wind
  17. I agree - went in there once and after about 20 minutes of walking around I went and stood at the counter. Two gentlemen stood behind the counter talking nonsense to each other not even looking at me. I then asked to see the owner / manager and a guy named Marco (one of the two behind the counter) said "It's me" not offering to help. I though it was extremely rude and said as much. The attitude did not change. They will never see me again.
  18. I seem to recall that somebody drowned at the outlet close to Clarens a few years ago and then tubing, canoeing was not allowed in that area. Lowe down at Bethlehem I often see people on canoes and kayak's

    Got hit by taxi

Add a list of the spares required to get you back on the bike. Might be able to help with some.
  20. Your problem could also be the lockting that holds the cluster (the one lying on table in photograph). Especially with an 11 teeth sprocket - if the lockring is too big the chain don't sit properly on the sprocket.
  21. We picked up a set of keys yesterday in the Cradle / at the Kloofzicht roundabout. Toyota key with red Swiss army knife on keyring . Gave it to security guard at Kloofzicht gate
  22. Where is this place. Anybody with a map or coordinates
