Just check if the drivers are installed correctly. This was the main issue when I changed computers to get it working. Once I downloaded the new driver and installed that no further issues.

Congratulations to our girls, after all they don't select themselves. But we are going backwards as everything else in the RSA. If memory serves me right we achieved 1st and 2nd last year in the time trial. Ashleigh 1st and Heidi Dalton 2nd. Now we are happy with a 3rd. The girl that won was 5th last year - in my book that is progress.

Thanks Guys - just had a response from CVT Support They don't support the TACX handlebar controller as yet. Update will be available soon. They also send me a PDF file with steps to follow on how to do the calibration. Will try tonight to sort out.

I need some help from the seasoned users of Cycleops Virtual Training I linked up my system (Tacx Boshido Smart) and everything except the handlebar controller are working fine with one issue. My issues: 1. How do I connect the handlebar controller. I can see it on the system but it stays on "Connecting" 2. Must I calibrate the braking system - Where and how. Currently it's way out as I am unable to push the peddles at anything from 3% gradient. The brake is way out I did sent a request to CycleOps support but still waiting for a response Once this is sorted I can join the weekly races "Pain Caves"

Disk replacement is not a fusion. A Titanium disk replace the old worn out disk and in most cases you will have full mobility of the back. My wife had two disks replaced about 8 years ago. Started cycling about 6 months after the op and never looked back. Had a major crash the other day at Modderfontein and we were seriously worried. A scan showed no issues with disks or vertebrae just some muscle spasm. Be sure to see the absolute best as far as Neuro Surgeon is concerned and take special care with recovery process. For sure you can re-use the hub and possibly the spokes also. As long as spokes are not damaged when removed.
