  1. We've build an easy to use Excel Spreadsheet based on Joe Friel's book Training Bible for Cyclists. The only input required is the number of hours available per week and whether you want to do Base, Build, Speed, Power, Race etc for that week. It then calculate the time and tell you what to do every day. PM me should you be interested. Broker2007-11-28 07:26:46
  2. Admitted the Cervelo issue was a much smaller issue than a Frame replacement - still to wait 9+ weeks - Not so goodBroker2007-11-12 06:16:01
  3. Bobbie - WW you mention about putting too much pressure on handle bars etc. I get the most uncomfortable pain between my shoulder blades after about 80km.. its almost as if I need to extend my neck in order to get some relief... I have never heard any of the guys complain about this but some of the girls I ride with get it too, so much so that they take 2 myprodol's before even starting a race.. Dont want to resort to that... Your problem could be due to the top tube / stem length. WSD bikes are designed with a shorter top tube, therefor you don't have to stretch to reach your handle bars. It might help to shorten your stem
  4. What is the latest news on Compact Cranks - I was told today that Shimano and Campaq will convert all their new models to compacts. Does anybody know if this is correct. Is there any benefit or negative in using compacts
  5. Basically its the same product manufactured from different material. The only real difference is weight
  6. Now you're talking - Enjoy many happy km's
  7. Take my hat off to all you guys to race in such conditions - well done to everyone.

  9. Hi Crux - Seeing that you're into this "Nip & Tuck" and "Make-overs" do you know who can produce some stickers for me. Need to change Hed Jet wheels from blue to red. Appreciate your help.
  10. Caadman - please let me know how. Are these bikes all the same size, which way do they face etc. Would really appreciate your input.
  11. Tried that as well - no success. I am actually really gatvol with the service and "no" help from Thule and the fact that an advertised 3 bike rack cannot handle 3 bikes.
  12. Thought I will treat myself and buy a Thule Euroway 974 bike rack. This is the one that is suppose to take 3 bikes. Tried it over the weekend and must say to load the 1st and 2nd bike - what a pleasure. The 3rd bike however don't seem to fit as the handle bars of bike 1 and 3 are clashing therefor bike 3 cannot get on to the rack. Tried everything - moved bike 1 to the left and bike 3 to the right don't seem to get it right. I then phoned Thule at Woodmead just to get absolutely no help. Anyone with a similar experience and a possible solution - will really appreciate your help.
  13. Check the latest BICYCLING magazine - a 3 week program by Chris Carmichael - looks good. If you can't find let me know I can send you an Excel version.
  14. Experienced the same problem - lifted my saddle about 2 mm and the pain disappeared. Only done 2 rides after the adjustment so lets hope for the best.

  20. "Klapperkop - The selectors have less decision knowledge than some hubbers although they willing to do the job; The selectors realise their mistake and come in the public and make a statement, even resign; No hubber, giving comments here on this forum, volunteers to be a selector and do the thankless job." Well said Klapper. I totally agree this is an absolete disaster and cannot continue as in the past. With two vacancies as selectors (Erika resigned and Glen relocating to Europe) how about some knowledgable Hubbers volunteering to do the job properly.
