  1. We can ride together and have a scenic ride rather?
  2. They get tested less(I know this for a fact). and the one thing that make cycling worse is that it is an entertainment and sensation. other sports, its normally kept quiet.
  3. Hmmmm, ekt nie een nie Wel al op een gery en as ek n paar bokke het wat my pla eendag, sal ek nie twyfel waar om dit te spandeer nie.
  4. Nope, it happens in every sport.
  5. Die powerbeam sal die job doen.
  6. Nogals maer!
  7. Me, me, pick me!!
  8. I just had a coffee, spoiling the simplicity for me.
  9. http://www.steephill.tv/2014/tour-of-california/photos/stage-03/141859_DSC_4781.jpg Wiggins riding tempo for 8km solo up Mt Diablo, keeping everyone in check.

  12. this is insane. hahahha
  13. Dont know if it is a joke though? A climber beating the TT'ers in a prologue Or is a TTer beating the climbers? Next thing will be sprint finishes.
  14. She does.
  15. Inhaling a xenon/oxygen mixture activates production of the transcription factor HIF-1-alpha, which leads to increased production of erythropoietin. The latter hormone is known to increase red blood cell production and athletes' performance. Xenon inhalation has been used for this purpose in Russia since at least 2004.[147] And apparently a dry cough is just one of the side effects.
  16. http://www.steephill.tv/2014/criterium-du-dauphine-libere/photos/stage-02/150743_PIC468475218.jpg Here you can clearly see that Froome is riding on his small chain ring, think he rides a 42. The worrying factor (read: alarm bells) riding at such a cadence one would need to have a lot oxygen available in the cardiovascular system. Contador also said prior to the Dauphine that he hasnt sharpened his knife yet, he will use the Dauphine for that. So I guess Froome has done a lot more in VO2max training.
  17. Totally agree with you. Normally the GC guys just watch each other until the last 800m. The young guys throwing everything out there. Also think Kelderman is still on "high" trip from his Giro success. Future GC guys will be a lot younger.
  18. I dont think Contador wants yellow just yet.
  19. Kelderman, what a talent he is!
  20. Followed it live, and sounds like contador is doing a great job. The tour will be magnificent!
  21. I still like Lance though

  23. After all, I still think Wiggo can ride a bike blerry well. Didnt like the guy as a rider prior to ATOC. He hasnt said much, he just showed me that he has some class.
