    I've just done a training block of note: TSS3300 in the last 10days. its time to lose some weight and that will help the w/kg immensely

    Wow thats a massive CTL...are you sure that your FTP should not have been updated long ago? Well done anyway! Going at 90-100 CTL for continuous periods can really be tough on the body, be careful of injury.

    to me 8 - 15 min @105% efforts helped. more 8 because I was tired by then already...do this once a week incorporated with other rides.

    okay, lets kick this year off! 2015 was a terrible cycling year for me...2000km. 2016 will be better, sold powermeter early 2015 and now only have a powercal...will use it until I can justify buying a new DFPM. Current FTP sitting at 245 per powercal, which I think is a tad too high...but will go on that basis. Current CTL 37...long road back to getting stronger.
