I seriously think Benky has tracker issues.He would never rest for so long. His tracker hasnt updated in over 5 hours. There could be an epic battle going on between him and Hansie and we are missing it. I hope.

Ja Maybe a guy that can hit it in two days.But a back marker on a gravel bike will suffer. I saw a few gravel bikes at the start with very narrow and very inflated tyres. There is a long section between Loxton and Sutherland that is really bad.

I had the pleasure of spending a couple of hours with Benky today. He is focussed and going FTW.

This is that I did. Because road tyres are run at high pressure, I was concerned that the pressure would force a standard patch through the hole. I cut an oval piece of 2l Coke bottle (Fanta will also work) glued it into place with contact adhesive. Then installed and inflated. Got full use of the tyre for its normal lifespan.

The only time that I have ever contacted admin was to ask them to reduce my ban. There was a time when this place was a free for all. It was fun but also wrong. I did contact certain people to apologise for my behavior. Others, I didn't but that is just because I didn't like them then and I still dont. But at least I know that the feelings were and are mutual.

Does yours change size? Mine gets bigger and smaller over periods of time. Like I said, no pain at all. Just irritating when I rest on my elbows.

I have had it drained about 5 times beforeI could eventually diy the process.Problem now is that it is hard. I pressed a needle into it and it is non productive. Nothing comes out. My specialist friend said that he thinks a ortho would need to fix it up. Not my GP in his consulting room.

Hi Okes. I fall often. Too often. I have developed a lump in my left elbow. A bursa I understand. Has anybody had this problem? A doctor (GP) who rides with me says I should just let it be. The problem is that I am sick and tired of introducing myself and my elbow to strangers it has become so big.It doesnt hurt at all but is very uncomfortable when I rest on my elbows. A friend of mine who is a cardio thorax surgeon says I should have it surgically removed. Has anybody had this condition that has required surgery to repair? What is the recovery time? Thanks
