2 bar works for me. If you are only going to ride on tarmac, you can increase the pressure. Ultimately what ever works for you.

I dont do the technical stuff around my bikes. Gentle Jesus gave us bike shops for that. My gravel grinder went in to my lbs for new rubber. It came back with 2 Aspens fitted in. A good few thousand km on them and all is fine. No flats so far. But then again they could have fitted a set of Makro tyres and I wouldnt have even noticed. I just want to ride.

Climbing ? Not my idea of fun. I am really looking forward to the ride. Also the summer heat.

So I have an entry for this ride. Is anybody here going to attempt it? Should be interesting in the heat of November, that is if it takes place, we might still be in level 3 lockdown then given the silence of our government. I am keen on a few training tips etc... I asked Fanievb here on the Hub, tells me it wasnt so hard. Ja well some of us are normal human beings Fanie. So if anybody has inputs as what to expect, how much it will hurt etc I would welcome your contributions.

Three Mungrels + dirt roads = a lekker day out. Was lekker to ride with these okes again.

If you dont like your wife, let her ride it. If you do like her, I would write that frame off. Looks dangerous to me.

Not gonna replace them yet. Will have them regrooved at the taxi rank this morning. Will get at least another 700km out of them.
