Do the importers not think that we travel the world and see for ourselves what products cost overseas....do they not think that we have internet and that the world is now a small place... the days of cartels and monopolies are over. What helps me is early morning rides BEFORE breakfast.I find having a stiff cup of coffee a 2-3 hour ride works best.I have breakfast 1-2 hours after the ride.The only problem with this is not only will you lose fat but mass.
