Thanks to everyone that has taken the time to post.
We recently contracted an external vendor to develop the integration between our financial system and our online store. Needless to say this integration failed completely last Monday with this SIDI / HIGH5 sale resulting in several ‘out of stock issues’ and an overwhelming amount of of back-office administration.
Coupled with an incredible uptake on the '50% off' offer, this placed a fair amount of extra pressure on a system that is designed to operate automatically and efficiently (and has to date).
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have dealt with, or are dealing with, the orders that could not be fulfilled. In most cases upgrades or refunds were offered and dealt with. We acknowledge that a few customers did not get immediate feedback or assistance due to the above.
More than 90% of orders taken as part of this sale were processed and delivered without a glitch and within 2 days. We are happy that one or two customers made the effort here to testify to that that fact.
Our goal, as always, is to sell the best products at the best prices and deliver them as quickly as possible to your doorstep. Something that we’ve managed to do successfully since launching asgthestore.com and something that is supported by the 5* average review rating that we are very proud off.

With regards to the SLX pricing please bear in mind that the first link was for the latest upgraded M7000 range. So that pricing is much more expensive compared to the older M675 range.

Service and by that I mean quick service. Maybe I just got spoilt when I was living abroad. Order today and get shipped today. I know postal services around the globe differ. and I am not talking about when it gets delivered but when it leaves you shop. If I order before 12 I would like it to leave your store that day.
Henk why not try our online store, We have a maximum turnaround time of 48 hours if we have the products ect. We understand customer service is the number 1 priority then comes pricing
In my view if you create an online store you either create a one stop shop (and I'm not referring to the lack of nutrition items) but to most things cycling. I will rather go search an array of online sites that covers most of my cycling needs whether "window shopping" or hunting for specifics. Sites that cover smaller very specific makes or specialised items will only apply to when one has specific needs.
For me this is the reason CWC (had to put that in because The Hub loves them
), CRC, Merlyn, Total Cycling etc are so popular. Because they carry a wide variety.
Starting off by stocking what people want can only take you so far. My "wants" change all the time and lead time between "want" and "need" is too short to wait.

Bkool Smart Go is not on the list of compatible trainers for Zwift. Is this correct or is an update on there website necessary?

I can confirm that the Bkool Smart Go is compatible with Zwift. I have ridden on it myself.
Not only is it compatible but the Bkool trainers will provide you with accurate power readings on Zwift as well as speed and cadence, and the trainer changes resistance automatically on hills or downhills.
