    @KingTJ One of the reasons is ... our sponsors work a half day on Saturday ... and would also like to ride - so they actually asked for it to start at noon - but we said no .... so we compromised with 11am ... This gives a lot of people time to get there from work, or school on a Saturday ... we did it before and tried early starts but you loose a large chunk of your rider base.

    Actually. All the elites can suck it ... because according to the media release. Peter Hoyer in MASTER men had the best time. ... 1:26.97 .... WOW. That is amazing for a 55 year old ballies who started racing 5 years ago.

    I agree with Odin, I think the Pyga will win (because its been well marketed in SA), but the one that should win would be the Mercer!! That thing is SWEET .... But a Patrol would also make a nice christmas present ...
