I think its a different kind of suffer (dont do road, so purely assumption!) but mtb suffer up steep single track for km's vs hitting 45-60km/h average on flats, will most probably be Hitting MHR a few times over some distance now and then!! My conclusion: We ALL suffer joyfully together ????????
