  4. Silverback is a good brand. Don't listen to anything Dunkeld cycles has to say, they are absolutely useless and have no idea what they are talking about...

  6. My friend rides a Scott Addict R2, and it's the lightest frame I have ever felt... With the intergrated seat post it weighs sub 900grams. He absolutely loves the frame
  7. Ha ha 3:12 or so for me too
  8. Is that the crash near Bantry Bay around that sharp corner with that wall on the side? If that is the crash you are talking about, I really hope the people are ok. I was about 3rd from the front when I heard a huge smash and yelp of pain behind me, but as we were going 40km/hr I couldn't exactly look
  9. I clicked settings, then anti-banner, then settings under 'use the list of allowed URLs', and added www.thehubsa.co.za. It now seems to work perfectly
  10. Just changed a setting in Kaspersky and now it's working perfectly! :-) Thanks nimby! Sorry for wasting your time Admin
  11. I also use kaspersky... Hmmm maybe that's what's causing it?
  12. It's just a blank page that loads. It opens the page like normal, but no images appear on the page. However, as I said above, if I click on it from the home page it works perfectly. I'm using Firefox 4.0, and I also tried it in IE 7.0...
  13. Am I the only person who can't view the ads? When I click on the ads from the front page, they load perfectly. However, when I view all ads and then select a category, the category loads fine, but when I click an ad, it just doesn't load Am I doing something wrong? I think it has something to do with the different web addresses: https://www.bikehub.co.za/index.php?app=hubmarket&do=view_item&item_id=234 https://www.bikehub.co.za/classifieds/234-garmin-edge-cadencespeed-sensor/
  14. Ha ha Nik, I just hope for any time faster than 3:30! But I won't complain if it's closer to 3 hours!!! PeterM I agree, suikerbossie makes such a huge difference to your time... If you can fly up there, you should easily get under 3:30! I will be wearing UCT kit on the day, and yourself?
  15. Making a group to go off the front in order to pick up riders from the other groups to increase our speed... This is my second Argus, and I really would like to get under 3:30, maybe somewhere in the region of 3:20 or faster?
  16. Well then we need to make our group hussle
  17. Are there any other hubbers here in M for Argus that are looking for under 3hrs 30?
  18. I'm all for it if it's lightweight and has a long-lasting battery!
  19. Definately not Olympic Cycles, they are useless... +1 CWC
  20. How much are they selling for?
  21. I was worried this may be the case... It's a very light frameset, even though it's aluminum...
  22. I'm currently riding an aluminum fuji Team SL frame, one of the lightest alu frames I have seen. I think it's a 2009 model, but not totally sure. The bike weighs 7.5kg with an Ultegra Groupset, American classic wheels and FSA Carbon Crank. How much do you think I could get for the frame set?
  23. 22.5k sounds good...
  24. Currently I'm looking at getting a medium 18" merida (2009 model). Thanks everyone for the input... Now I just have to decide if an 18" will fit me...
  25. 26"... A lot of sites on the internet say I should take a medium, but is there anyone who actually knows?
