What's the advantage of keeping Kodi updated if it causes problems for some, like now with sportsdevil? I have Kodi 15.2 and OpenElec 6.03 and exodus, sportsdevil, YouTube and RamFM all work fine (the only addons I use). Am I missing out on something?

Yes. I go to heavier gearing and start increasing cadence a few seconds before. But still takes me a while to get up to what is required *blush*. How do you handled it afterwards? Just stop pedaling until the power output is low enough again?

Finished my first Lego build in a very long time this weekend, did the R1200GS BMW Technic set. Really enjoyed doing that. I initially thought I would concentrate on the Technic sets with vehicles as a topic. Maybe one day the 911. Its on Facebook for R5300 now, not too far of the $330 of the Lego shop in NYC. But also saw an advert for a Lego Racers series (didn't know about it, discontinued in any case) of a 1:10 scale Ferrari. For sale for R3500. Searched for it on Amazon, 8 available between $985 and $1544 !!! It was launched in 2007 for $109 if the web is to believed ... Talk about a return on investment!

Started doing a 6 week plan this week, enjoy the interface more than the virtual training software. One hickup is that the intervals include 30sec at about 175% FTP and then back to 1min50sec at 65% (cant remember exact %). I ju-u-ust manage to get to the higher FTP before time runs out so normally manage to " pass" that segment, but tend to fail the recovery segment presumably because my FTP is too high. Only way I managed to get a " perfect" is by braking in order to get the FTP down quickly enough. Only bothers the OCD part of me when I don't get tick-marks everywhere :-)

Been using it for 4 mornings now, really enjoy it. Was lucky to have had 2 "worlds" and it shows that there are many options to explore. I haven't done the workouts or grouprides yet, I just choose a route and do 2 laps if I can. Real fun part for me is to find somebody that also goes along at about 2w/kg as we then tend to be able to cycle together. Seems I go harder then though, maybe just a bit of competition. Amazing to be pushing maybe 150% FTP (in my case about 300w) and then still have people fly past in a group!! Also fun seeing some other RSA flags on the route. Really glad I started with this. No technical problems thus far either with Powerbeam and BLE

Can anybody share experiences with moving from the CycleOps virtual training software to Zwift? Worth giving it a go? Any issues I need to know of with a powerbeam pro Bluetooth trainer? Many thanks

Oh and unlike the Videos and Music tabs, the Pictures tab only has add-ons and not Files, so I can't quickly browse pics on the external HDD. Suggestions for an add-on to use for this? Maybe the install didn't go that well !!

I have 2 SD cards that Inuse on my RPi, if I mess one up I go back to the other one. I noticed today that I have additional "sections" on the homepage for "radio" and "television". The latter works quite well, didn't manage to find local radio stations. In any case, swapped SD cards as I wanted to to update OpenELEC from v6 to v7.0.1 That went OK, but a few issues I need help on: 1. Red Bull live TV was broken and it doesn't appear in my Kodi repository for a reinstall 2. TrakTV manager appears on the menu in Exodus but nothing happens when I try to move a series from collection to watch list. 3. Those new tabs don't show on the home screen. I have auto update enabled, hopefully it is a case of repositories etc that needs to update themselves to work with the new openELEC and will sort itself out. Other ideas of what to try? Else I will just stick the other SD card back in!

Agree with this. I subscribed to NTV.mx for a few months to access quality Sky Sports but then decided to just take it as it goes along. But admittedly it is frustrating at times

Went to the shop by Makro in Centurion. The GS motorbike cost R764 and online NYC is $59. So very similar. Only "advantage" could be to buy scarce items. Porsche $299 and Takelot quotes around R8500

Hi Spent the last hour reading most of the posts. I'm going to get into the Lego scene. I'm not into Starwars, but rather anything car or bike or plane related. So I'm thinking of starting with the technics sets but the architecture also looks challenging. Would you recommend getting a few of the creator sets over time to build a reasonably priced and varied collection? I'm a bit OCD (apparently!) so would prefer a specific series and then going on with it. I guess seeing the Lego of the BMW GS on Facebook as well as the Porsche and the Specialized in this thread has sealed the deal for me. I've taken note of the shops and online options discussed in various posts, but as I'm going to New York for a few days soon, is it worth doing the shopping there? Hope to be posting pics of a build soon [emoji1303]
