  1. $@&? off - what a joke
  2. Top end - super impressive. Big shout out to PPA! Now, for DC……
  3. This is Sea Point, not GP boet…..
  4. And so, the desperate witch hunt continues. Are there any hubbers out there who know where I can find these spokes? They are for Giant SLR carbon wheels. I would be greatly appreciative! 286mm x 21 spokes T-head Bladed straight pull spokes
  5. Without the Lefty we may as well call it the Momsen Vipa……
  6. Thanks for sharing. I’m always on that route. Sorry it happened. Will be keeping an eye out.
  7. Sorry to hear this. When you say Tokai park, do you mean Tokai forest (lower)?
  8. No, it’s a Sub 3 CTCT MTB bike!!!!!
  9. Sorry, I missed that. The please confirm the price.
  10. One product, one answer: Enduren Cramp Buster. 3x tablets (dissolves) under the tongue before bed continuously 4-5 days prior to the event. 3x tablets in each bottle with your regular mix on race day. Enjoy a cramp free ride. I feel like I came out the womb with a cramp in my calf, so although it’s an overly simple method it took years to develop and damn does it work!
  11. @WaldoZ on a gravel bike. This makes me scared when I already can’t hold your wheel on the HT………
  12. Big up to the organisers for today’s event. The way they puzzled the vast network of trails together to create the route today was world class. Great prizes and giveaways provided by the sponsors. Already looking forward to next year.
  13. The article lost me at the first ad. At least Strava doesn’t have ads……
  14. Back this - I have a thing for lights, tried and tested many over the years and find this combo to be the best.
  15. @Cafe Racer maybe after Sunday 😉
  16. Agreed! Exceptionally fun and tough race. Big ups to the organisers for not going the easy route and just cancelling the event.
  17. In our society - I reckon impossible.
  18. Any news on this? Mate broke his Clavicle this morning as his crank snapped. His crank bore one of the codes for the recall, as does mine…… I’m sure there are plenty guys out there who would like to return their units. A broken collar bone is “the best case scenario” with these. Could have been lethal.
  19. DM me if you want my 100 miler entry for free (Don’t want it to go to waste) you’ll just need to do and pay for the admin of the substitution (not much admin).
  20. Clint is one of the very few true bike mechanics around and an unbelievably great human. Very happy to see he is running his own shop #fanboy4life

    Unbound 2023

Matt Matt Matt, the man from down South bloody smashing it ⚡️Inspirational.
  22. The best thing since sliced bread. What I love most is that you are always given a workout exactly in line with your requirements at that stage of training. If you haven’t ridden for a a few days or have done adhoc riding not according to the plan, when you return to TrainerRoad it adapts the workout perfectly for where you are at. I’ve had a human coach and used TrainerRoad. Often times, with the former I couldn’t finish a workout due to fatigue or it just been too difficult. This hasn’t been the case with TrainerRoad. Results in terms of performance have been good but as with most things, takes time and consistency.
  23. On that, Damit this bike is sexy😍
  24. This is one way to destroy the following of the amateur cat. It’s as if a high schooler has returned to his junior school days for an athletic event, cleaned everyone and stands proudly on the number 1 spot to receive his medal. Very annoying. Must take guts to know you’re a pro/former pro or whatever they are and beat the real working class hero's.
