You think it was hot before.....the temp inside the velodrome went up a couple of degrees after you took the top off. So are you going to post it? haha no, it was really warm, and I couldn't over heat. I always warm up/down like that. uhm........I don't know if the pic is so great that they must wait any longer???

Dito I can't even walk properly after a power session Tuesday. Went for a flat route option this week and think will do the same tomorrow, and if my legs still feel like cr@p I won't be able to do the 27kph avg 4passes !!!! (Unless couple of you want to do some weight training on the passes) lol....No,kidding...I will let you know BMCfan.
