  6. this was something that was attempted with the sale of motorbikes.... still nothing, other than some individuals taking the initiative to print flyers that a few willing shops handed out on motorbike sales
  7. thanks think ill go that route for the front. he has in stock at 295
  8. not running tubeless, was going to but not too phased about it. just got quoted 800+ for 2.35 nevegal tubeless from evans, formerly powercycles and they'd have to order them in R461 for tubeless 2.1
  9. they only have 2.1's and are R525 :/
  10. will give them a call now. anyone tried Maxxis Ignitor on the front?
  11. my rear nev has a bad nick in the sidewall. im a bit concerned at the durability of it. i have a scratch on the rim so looks like it bashed a rock, but those sidewalls are super thin. I cant get a 2.35 for the front which is really my biggest issue. im trying to find a good front tyre that is nevagelish haha.
  12. Im currently on 2.35 nevagals up front with a 2.1 nevagal at the back. Its time fore a new set of rubber and there are just too many options as to what i can get. i was going to stick with the above but i cant source 2.3 Nevs at a decent price. so give your advice and why you like the setup please and thank you. i can get 2.1 nevs but do want the 2.3 up front
  13. kenda small block is fine if you're not gonna be near anything wet
  14. must say fox quality of late is not so good. i have old pawtectors from about 7 years ago that are in better nick than my pawtectors i bought less than 2 years back. granted i was riding motox but thats what they were designed for. apparently thor quality is pretty decent, never tried their gloves tho. and i echo what everyone has said. pawtectors are breezy, they arent winter gloves. you can however get fox antifreeze gloves which may be useful, having not needed or used i cant comment on them, but the antifreeze has good reviews and has a removable liner for when it gets too warm.
  15. super stoked. my buddy that came along for the drive said if i said no he woulda taken it just cause it was such a sweet deal. now just to get some riding done
  16. got it for 5500 with axo clipless shoes with peddles new grips, spare groupset, brake pads and a giro helmet happy and it climbs pretty decent too

  19. second hand, but still on original tyres. everything feels super smooth from my initial cycle around his driveway. i think he has had it going on 3 years since new, but no longer rides (dude in his late 40's id say) dare i assume it hasn't been ridden too hard by the look and feel.
