halfway through the class, I had thoughts of leaving, but decided that it most probably won't kill me to stay. i just did not enjoy the class as much as I normally do.

today , i had no excuse - so I did go to spinning class. but wish i didn't. the instructor somehow got his classes mixed up. he had very weird ideas as to how to fill a 45 min class. I will not go to one of his classes again.
