bibs or shorts, don't have a problem either way. thinks it differ from woman to woman - just like getting the most suitable saddle. but: just getting started - i would suggest : shorts.

i tried other gels before and some of them are just really hard to swollow - which for me - is not the case with whasp. a good sip of water gets rid of of any bad taste. for me it works well and i can certainly recommend it.
