    My best time was 2016. Missed sub 3 with 1min and 51 sec. started in 1D. We had 2 bunch hold ups in that race. Going for that Sub 3 is hard work and training and your head need to be in the game. That last 2km to the end the bunch sprinted and my legs just said hello and goodbye and I had to roll it in to the end line.

    Jip. The was one retro road bike and one really nice cyclocross bike. BUT MY BIG QUESTION I STILL WANT TO POST, IS E-MTB ALOUD TO RACE IN THE RACE BECAUSE THERE WAS ONE WITH A RACING NUMBER AND HE PAST US ON THE LAST HILL LIKE HE WAS DOING A SUNDAY BEACH RIDE??????

    Ek het die antwoord vir jou daar. Jip!! baie van ons ryers moet hulle eie goed diens omdat CSA nie vir als betaal nie, en baie van die ryers gaan oor op geld wat hulle moes self weg sit en die vol onder onderstening onder seker brands val daai kant nie. Daar gaan baie meer agter die prentjie aan as n mens daai kant van die wereld resies ry. Parte daai kant is nie goedkoop volgend wat ons geld trade op die oomlik, maak dit nie als maklik ook nie. Ek het n paar vriende wat oorsee race en worlds race, en die goed wat hulle vertel als, sal jou stom los. Laat ons maar kyk wat die storie is aan die einde van die dag. So iets kan gebruik word om sealant in te spyt of vir brieke te herstel.

    WHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHHAAHAHAHHAAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess some of you guys are a bit out dated of things, or started cycling yesterday. This sort of setup were running in the 90's when they tested this sort of setup's. The SantaCruz Super 8 came out with 24inch rear wheel and a 26inch front wheel and took some World cups with it, and there were some more bike brands that jump on that train. The Advantage over a small back wheel is, that it will accelerate faster then a bigger wheel, so lest pedal work to get it up and going. One problem that will maybe pop up is, is that the bike side of the bike will be more bumpy over rock sections "or maybe not". I own a SantaCrus super 8 with this sort of wheel setup, and it works and the bike is till in one peace

I rather post it up here because i think Cape Town cycle tour have there hands full with people that want answers, and you have the skill and right people to take this msg over to them. To show our respect as cycles to the unbelievable work that City Of Cape Town Fire Fighters , Volunteer Wildfire Services, Working on fire and all the people that help fighting the fire on the mountain this few days, that every cycles must wear a yellow band around the arm or on there bike. I think this will really mean something to them and to show something that as cycles we respect the work they doing. Thanks!! Kind Regards Gerlach

    SSSSSSSSSSSSsooooooooo bly die tye word nie gebruik vir so iets soos RACETEC nie, dan sal goed lekker demekaar gewees het en mense op volgende race agter weg gespring het.

    Moet ook nie vergeet waar ons moes wag soos by Helshoogte en nog plekke om deur te gekom het nie waar dit gebottel nek het. Daai verander ook jou tye baie. Daai groepie wat van Kayamandi af kom wat op die Spes bikes gery het "so jong groepie" , het hulle gatte af geval onder in daai laaste draai by Helshoogte. Ek het op hulle af gekom, toe is hulle besig om bars reg te trek en wiele en goed.

    Ek will ook dankie se an nog iemand wat my gehelp het. N Hero die ou, wens net ek kan hom op gesppor het baie die race, maar ek sal hom opspoor hier of op Dirtopia se FB blad. Het n #$%$%$#^% van n kramp gekry op 33/34km merk agter in die kop. kon nie eers uit clip nie, so erg was dit. Hier stop die ou en vrae of ek RENNIES op my het en hy gee toe vir my 2 Rennies. Het vir 5min gestaan en gespike op Gu en energy bar en die rennies en die kramp uit gedruk. Daai Rennies het gewerk ek se, moes die laaste kop uit stoot want ek was bang ek skeer die spier, en toe is dit all the way down hill to the end. Thanks!! Dis goed om te weet daar is ryers wat uit kyk vir ander. Hoop ek ry jou raak weer.

    When you upload your ride on your Strava "guess you using a garmen or n IDT Computer" you wil see there is n option that you can pic between "Stationary trainer" or "Commuting". Pic Stationary trainer, just add a new cycle name with your IDT name in it, then just safe it on that every time you upload your training.

    Sorry, i'm in to gun thing a bit. not going to say what i own, but the Walter PPK "or as the PPK Variant we call it in South Africa" .22 and the .32 and the 9mm can do an nice job.

    Wel, ons sal n plan moet maak en vinnig. Beslis kyk om die fiets winkels te nader wat in stellies is en die nodige mense, want een van ons kan die volgende een wees wat ons fiets verloor of ons eie lewe.
