    I managed to drop meat entirely for about 6 months, without too much effort. My partner however does not fully share my views about cute little pigs, and she started to wane. But I’m going to try and get her/me back onboard with the man, women, TV, sorry I mean, meat, chicken, fish approach. That’s a good idea. So my challenge is not nutritious or will thing, it’s a buyin thing. Having said that I did put on a little weight, I struggle to stat away from the starches to be honest. Cheese/eggs could help here. (I have no desire to go full veganist)

    If you stick to veg is super cheap. But fi you are like me and like a meat substitute, it gets expensive. Meat has come back into my diet a bit more than I had hoped

    I met a guy from Dubai in Italy a few years back. About 30min into climbing Stelvio, he said that we have just done more climbing in that 30mins of riding than he did the entire previous year in Dubai.

    Found myself at 92 beginning of November. Managed to get down to 86 by the time I went to SA on 15 Dec. Went back up to 88 thanks to the wine farms. Back down to 86.6 Some more inspiration
