  1. Oh NO!!!!! You are wrong!!! I'm in shock!!! I dunno what to say!!!
  2. Well done yet again TRACKIE!! You are now the resident "UBER BRAIN" Your prize entitles you to countless bragging rights, and your choice of one of the 'Hilton' sisters (I'd stay away from the 'ditzy' one though!!) Ok, The Legend, for the title of "I'm a kind of smart bloke" answer this question... Q:In which year did Miguel Indurain last win the Tour De France?
  3. The title is safe SwissVan!! Google is an accepted resource tool!! However, it seems The Legend has scampered away... Any contenders for the 3rd place title?!
  4. Hmmm. Maybe God was trying to tell you something davidd?!
  5. Well, technically that makes SwissVan the "2nd smartest dude ever" Ok, The Legend...for "3rd smartest dude ever", Who was the first Irishman to win the Tour Of Italy? And what year?
  6. Sweet!! Ok...The Legend, heres your question for "2nd smartest dude ever" ...who was the first American winner of the Tour De France? And what year did he first win?
  7. Damn right!! So Trackie, with your title, will you be an advocate for World Peace? Equal prize money for women? Or wet Tshirt podium appearances from the girls?! Yeah, Bloch was real class. He would never ever race dirty. Never had the need to either...
  8. Who's the creepy looking dude playing with the kids?!
  9. Whooo Hooo!!! Trackie, you win the title of "Smartest Dude Ever!!" You can wear this title with distinction my old friend!!! Found it while checking out track 'down under!'
  10. Your funny LEGEND!! Ok, Mr Badenhorst...its in Australia!! Only clue I'm giving! (but you should know this Bardie!!)
  11. You know, I think the 'line' has become so blurry between the 2! (facilitating & opinion) I am a health care professional, and I get lots of enquiries about PED's. Now, I advise against it everytime, but there are those who you just know are going to do it regardless of what you say. So, advice as to what to avoid can quickly be construed as facilitation. My position is to always observe what is in the best interests of my patient. And if asked an opinion, I have to give them my unbiased professional opinion. Is that facilitating? Or Expressing an opinion?
  12. In that case, there are a lot of guys that should be replaced within cyclings infrastructure. Its not only Coaches/advisors and managers that have a big say regarding a riders choice of wether to use or not. Most of the time, riders are influenced by fellow riders. And we let them back into the bunch. Chunky has done his time, and had the balls to admit to it all. Not many others can claim that.
  13. To all the "Trackies" out there in HUB land... Do you recognise the rider in second place? First correct post wins the title of "Smartest Dude Ever"
  14. The CapeStorm stuff is great. I cannot fault them.
  15. The unfortunate thing with sites and forums is that we do not get a chance to see the individuals as they really are. Windbreaker, I hear your point. But I assure you this...you will have a hard time finding a more honest and open person than Chunky. Period. The wider doping picture aside, Chunky knows the real bottom line in cycling. Racing. When the chips are down, Chunky will get the job done because he is able to understand the racing, the tactics and how to bring about the winning moves. Its in his blood. (non EPO related joke!! Sorry Chunks!!) If you have ever met Chunky, you will know that he is not a 'pusher' or a drug dealer. He is a cyclist, and he says it like it is. His VAST racing knowledge is what is needed. He has so much to give, and to be honest, he would have to be incredibly stupid to accept a post within SA Track and then proceed to advocate the use of drugs given his past. And believe me, Chunky is many things, but stupid (even slightly doff) is not one of them! The saddest thing is that we judge people without knowing them. And I have yet to meet anyone that does not get on with Chunky...
  16. Why are you apologising Jotrack? They will slate you the first chance they get... They are on their way out, dont worry.

Whaasup?!?!?! Welcome and thanks for the relevant info!! I'm Greyowl...nothing much to add to that, other than welcome and enjoy dude!
  18. Not nice...sorry to hear. I know how it feels, and I hope he recovers soon.
  19. Bora's upside down, QR's not 'down', lawyers lips on forks...its all a personal thing. But now I'm bugged with those frigging goggles that are upside down and leaking!! Mr Bornman, any opinions on the mime quandry?!
  20. Thats scary. Makes you feel for them. I saw a programme about the Afghani Drug Lords...not nice.
  21. Wow. Amazing to think that this way of life still exists in the "modern" world.
  22. Thats a very valid scientific point regarding the pig!!!
  23. Exactly!!! WTF!!! Its emotionally draining... And, hypothetically, if an astronaut and a cave man got into a fight...who would win??
  24. Yip...but does he cry?!?! I NEED TO KNOW!!!
  25. Amazingly, our bodies come equipped with power meters as well. Going up a hill, you'll notice the rapid intake of oxygen, coupled with an unbearable pain in the legs? Thats called "Maximum Effort/Power" On roads where you cannot go any harder, thats the "governor" kicking in. Its your bodies 'fail safe' And my personal favourite... Tingling finger tips, catastrophic humour failure and severe desire for Nandos means the tank is empty. Who needs a power meter?!
