Dont now about this. I am the manager of one of the Harmony teams. On day 2 Michelle and one of my riders punctured almost at the same place. They worked together to get back to the bunch and I must say that she did her share, if not more of the work.. Also remember that although there was a ladies jersey, the ladies competed in the mens race. Michelle gave almost half the field a hidden. she is serious talent.

Make the dealer Principal your friend. These guys are paid to solve your problems, and they normally have a sincere desire to do so. Electronics in these cars can be difficult to solve. A little patients will help. Believe me, the dealership do not enjoy the fact that they battle to sort the problem out. They want to sort it out. When you take the car to the dealer principal insist that he drives with you and then demonstrate the problem.

The differance is that the corporates do not offer us employment. We go and beg them to sponsor us. They agree to an amount or product. we never discusse issues like pension and medical aid with them.

I dont think CSA can force teams to have a medical aid. CSA can negotiate a package for all riders that is suitable and affordable for the riders. Maby there should be a "union" that can do it on behalf of all riders. Rupert Rheeder is also in PTA Academic because of the lack of a medical aid. The care that he recieves there is excelent by the way.

Die resultate verwys na die wat die kinders bereik het vandat hulle met Archie Holtstausen begin saam werk het. 10 Kinders is gelisensieer en het ongelooflike resultate bereik. Ek is seker jy sal saam stem dat om SA TT te wen na slegs 4 maande se fietsry is goed. As gevolg van die werk wat Archie doen en die resultate wat hy bereik het hy die vrymoedigheid gehad om vir geldelikke hulp te vra. Harmony het hulp aan gebied en dadelik begin betrokke raak. Baie mense praat maar Harmony het gedoen. 60 Stelle klere, gratis lidmaatskap vir die kinder, bande ensovoorts. Geen ander klub het dit nog gedoen nie. Ek hoop dit verduidelik jou vraag.
