  1. Its like me going to a party and looking for guys without front teeth to mingle with. Whats the fun in that?
  2. You just as well could have asked to for the afrikaner forum or black or indian, etc. Why not just talk to whoever! Almal op die hub het dieselfde passie, en dit behoort genoeg te wees of jy is op verkeerde plek.
  3. So what would the answer be if it was full carbon versus scandium?
  4. Yes its our first. What do you mean slow and steady halt? I think abrupt is a more fitting word.
  5. no contest! He already has his father's good looks, just needs his mother's personality and he will be the perfect child.
  6. Wow, what life changing experience. I know its going to be hard work, but I am looking forward to every minute.
  7. Look what we were blessed with this morning. My baby boy Dylan.
  8. stay away. Even post recall wheels have failed. Some love this wheel. I simply think its not worth the risk. Rather get Easton EA90 Slx.
  9. Thats is just wrong! Shimano??? Thats a big NO NO....
  10. same here. Made two small claims already, without any delays. Both claims were approved the same day. Not cheap but worth the money.
  11. Okay, I will be scared to do that to my carbin rims (if I had a set). Carbon911 - I still want those EC90 SLX of yours.
  12. You should leave the glue on. The build up make them stick better. You should only remove the parts that will cause the tyre to run uneven. Whatever you do dont use any solvents. If you have to remove is use mecahnical means, use plastic tools or finger nails.
  13. Thanks guys. Will follow these leads.
  14. Anyone knows of someone in Cape Town that does carbon repairs. Buddy of mone crashed this weekend and cracked his top tube. He is not the first owner of the bike, so he cant get a warranty replacement and he was not insured Please help....desmondalie2009-10-29 07:39:04
  15. i also moved from giant to specialized. We are the same height, but my saddle height slightly lower at 725cm, and I ride the 54cm. Should work for you as well. Tarmac is a great ride. Our roads are not that bad and our races short, so you wont benefit from the roubiax that much.
  16. I assume you ride with toe clips and a woolen jersey as well. Your shifters are on the down tube and you wear no helmet. You probably also prefer using dail-up versus adsl and you dont want a cell phone cause your landline works better. You make food on a fire cause you like the flavour it gives and you grind your own coffee beans. You may even keep a cow in your backyard for milk. Etc...... desmondalie2009-10-07 10:29:35
  17. Anyone riding (road) in Oudtshoorn tomorrow. Looking for someone to ride with.

  24. This is the last for real. Baby on the way so this was my last opportunity and made the most of it. Hopefully dont have to sell her to afford daipers.
