Thanks for the tips BarHugger. I have never ever in my life chafed like this and I have done plenty of long rides. I also never use any type of shammy cream as I have never needed it before. I did put on some baby fissan paste at night but by that time it was already to late.

The spez arial is good enough to do epic with so you dont need to upgrade soon. And it is also not that expensive. You can ask Wyatt for the latest prices.

Uni Currently I am using the Specialized Arial ladies saddle. For me it is the most comfortable. I use it on both my MTB and Road bike although it is actually a mtb saddle. The two things I like about the saddle the most is 1. die "koekie bakkie" like I call it. This takes the pressure of the essential area 2. The other points where your sit bones makes contact. The saddle is also not super hard but more than stiff enough. I also find that if I use the spez saddle I can get away by riding with mens bib shorts (that is how comfy the saddle is).

Sorry Lone.* but I think you are over reacting here. The LBS did not have to exchange the product for you. You bought the product and saw what you got before walking out of the shop. He did you a favor in exchanging the product for you, (he didn't have to do that) So if he wants to charge a handling fee / admin fee he has the right to do that.

The Wyatt/Carpet express. We rocked up this morning at the start of D batch and started right at the back. Holy cows...the guys set off at a blistering pace onto the M1 and I was found to be struggling to get and hang onto some wheels. As we were about the catch up with one of the D group splits, 4 guys came down hard on the tar. We dodged the water bottles that was shattered all over the road. Wyatt did a fabulous job today. He pulled our bunch the whole way on the M1 setting the pace that he know I can do. then he had to quickly switch rolls and play Mr Motivator as I was hurting and suffering on the climb to the other side of town. We then joined on with one of the E bunches coming from behind and that is where we stayed. Wyatt you did a hell of a job today. You got me home in time. Thanks for all the effort, training and coaching. You surely deserve a medal of honor.
