Want to try Van Gaalens when i get to JHB in a 2 weeks time. I generally ride cradle area but have been hearing good things about VG .. are there any Route maps I can download and look at before i get there ? would like to make it a frequent riding if there is enough variety

I often do this , bike accelerates nice and quick out of corners and the front ploughs over things, my favourite setup when i go and try and get better strava times in Tokai, esp the bridal and cobra although i run 140 infront ..140 back

Those guys walking up the troll bridge.... that is terrible ... it is very easy and they should be riding up there....
